- Worked as multimedia consultant for UNCDF LOCAL project – managing LoCAL website with various videos, press and social media.
- Capacity Assessment and Knowledge Management Expert for ADB SPCR - integration of climate change M&E in national systems.
- Worked for EU Diplomacy Mission - with Particip (Germany) - Produced EU Perception Survey, EU Day events and supporting multimedia: FB Photo-competition, designed and developed the EU Cambodia's COP21 Cambodian App
- Established and launched TosFund, Cambodia's first online crowd-funding platform for Cambodian development projects
- Advisor and aerial filming for NCDDS (Ministry of Interior) ADB TSSD programme - production of 10 instructional videos for farmers.
- Became Board member of HelpAge Cambodia
- Produced 'No Second Chance' - Official climate change video for the Climate Change Department of the Ministry of Environment
- Produced a series of videos for HelpAge Cambodia, on the establishment of Older People's Associations
- Produced the 'Hopper Race Feedback from farmers' video - on use of pesticides against rice hoppers (TVE Japan)
- Designed and published a Photo book on the experience of training disabled children to produce media
2012-13 Cambodia - Bhutan
- Worked as multimedia consultant for UNCDF LOCAL project – produced website with press and social media articles and videos. Continued implementation of the Climate Change Education and Awareness Strategy (CCCA/UNDP). This included a 3-month training of journalists on climate change at sub-national level and launch of climate change communication group in Cambodia.
- Developed a communication strategy for IFAD's ASPIRE programme based approach, worked as Design Mission team member / Project Support Unit in Ministry of Agriculture / Production of TV Show Pilot for poor farmers
- Finalized and launched the National Climate Change Education and Awareness Strategy (CCCA – UNDP) Guidelines
- Developed / launched the online knowledge and information platform for the Climate Change Department / CCCA - UNDP
- Produced interactive media for poor farmers in the strategic development of COSOP for IFAD and the Supreme National Economic Council of Cambodia (this included 4 videos / and website production)
- Implemented training for 30 disabled children in the arts (painting, photo, video) – and produced an exhibition with the outputs.
- Launched Comm4Development communication consulting group – formalized by an MOU with the Ministry of Information of Cambodia
- Worked for IFAD Cambodia - COSOP / Pro-poor farmers initiative

- Launched and ran a major media-governance project for UNDP with the TV of the Ministry of Information (Equity Weekly Programs)
- Introduced a nationally endorsed formula for Equitable election programming and produced the official Equitable Election News Bulletins for 3 consecutive elections in Cambodia.
- Produced and aired un-interruptedly over 163 ‘Equity Weekly’ programmes: the country's sole current affairs TV show - Received Honorary Title: 'Sahametrei' (Officer of the Royal Order of Cambodia) for this work.
2003-2006 Cambodia / Lao PDR / Myanmar
- Launched Media Consulting & Development – a private communication and Publishing company.
- Directed a large number of national and targeted campaigns, in sectors such as Governance, Public Health, Epidemics, Environment Education
- Designed regional training and campaign of 'Superchicken' a nationally endorsed Avian Influenza mascot (Cambodia and Laos).
- Launched and published 4 provincial newspapers and various e-news products
- Raised large funds for company projects and administrated 50 staff

- Launched and administered Action IEC - local NGO in Cambodia.
- Fund raising and execution over 70 major education and media campaigns, including the National Census, National HIV/AIDS, TB, Land Law Campaigns
- Technical production and training skills attained in all areas of media production including extensive Behavior Change Communications.
- Pioneered the use of popular mobile outreach modules and edu-tainment shows.
